The Testing Task Force is offering all lawyers the opportunity to participate in its nationwide practice analysis survey to collect empirical data regarding the tasks new practitioners perform and the knowledge, skills, and abilities they need to accomplish their work. Please contribute to the legal profession by taking a few moments to complete the Task Force’s 2019 practice analysis survey. Results will not only guide the Task Force as it tackles the content and design of the future bar examination to ensure it keeps pace with a rapidly changing profession, but they will also inform law schools, employers, and the public of the expectations and responsibilities of newly licensed lawyers. For details on the Task Force’s three-year study, please visit The Task Force’s website at testingtaskforce.org.
